This workshop aims to introduce and develop your skills in acrylic painting and combining it with other media.

These will include demonstrations by tutor; individual practice by student; instruction on a group and individual basis; question and answer, etc.
Acrylic paints, paper/board/canvas suitable for acrylic paints (size A4/A3), various sized nylon and bristle brushes, small old decorators brush, palette knife, PVA glue if you have some, white tissue paper (stiff), old magazine and newspaper to cut up, black/sepia ink, oil pastels, soft pastels, sponge, old credit card (to cut up), plastic palette or large old china plate, 2 water pots, water spray bottle, masking tape, kitchen towel, pencil (HB), sketch pad, drawing board if you have one, apron, rags, newspaper or plastic table cloth to protect tables and any acrylic equipment you have already. Packed lunch. Optional equipment; stay-wet palette, tear-off disposable palette.

Car parking is alongside the front and one side of hall. Tea and coffee provided at a small charge. It is on the ground floor and accessible for wheelchairs, with disabled accessible toilet.
